If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us via email immediately.
Because the stockings are custom ordered and produced especially for you, they cannot be returned for a full refund, as we cannot simply resell your customized stockings. However, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and will work with you to make the stockings exactly how you want them to be, up to and including remaking the stockings if necessary.
Please do not send your stockings back to us without contacting us first. We do not have a commercial storefront and boxes may be left outside in the elements, damaging your stockings. We are not responsible for stockings damaged in this manner.
All stockings are shipped with tracking information and you are notified when they ship. Unless you let us know, we will ship your stockings to the address you provided when you ordered your stockings. We ship USPS, UPS and Fed Ex.
We will always send stockings within the window provided by the shipping company to ensure arrival at the address you provided when you ordered. If you ordered later than October 31 this may mean your stockings will ship for an arrival to you as late as Christmas Eve. Therefore, if you will be at a different address for Christmas, you must let us know when you order. We are not responsible for you not being present when your stockings arrive if you did not give us a different address.
If your stockings were scheduled to arrive before Christmas and did not arrive by December 25, please contact us immediately.
